- Damaged or Defective Products:

- We will replace the damaged or defective product at no additional cost to you.
- The replacement product will be shipped to you for free.
- Returns on Unused Products:
- We accept returns on unused products within 30 days of your order date.
- To qualify for a return, the product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Upon receiving the returned product, we will issue a full refund for the product price and applicable taxes.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Size Exchanges:
- If you purchase the wrong size, you can exchange the product within 30 days of your order date.
- The exchange will be processed at no additional cost for the product itself.
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product for exchange.
- Eligibility for Returns:
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned.

- Return Process:

- Provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return, replace, or exchange.
- Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping label if applicable.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
